Alpha CPS provides all employees with a comprehensive induction, coaching and follow-up training to ensure their competency. Our comprehensive induction covers Policies, OH&S and Safe Work Methods & Environmental Protection Statements (SWMEPS). Site based inductions add another layer of protection.
Alpha CPS has a policy of promoting from within if a suitable candidate can be nominated from the existing team. We encourage them to participate in additional training and will support them to achieve Certificate II or III in Cleaning Operations.
- Staff are fully trained and issued wok instructions based on specifications.
- Our staff are fully supported by supervisors to achieve desired outcomes.
- Staff have a distinctive uniform, photo ID, and our custom AOS mobile app to enable communication and protect the safety of staff working alone.
- All staff hold a current Working with Children Check, Police check and are fully double vaccinated.
