Alpha CPS offers a Professional Development Program aligned to the requirements of Cert II & III in Cleaning Operations and other appropriate business subjects. The course is offered in a combination of online, classroom, and practical demonstrations. Alpha CPS offers a Green (Sustainable) Cleaning course for employees as part of Certificate II & III in Cleaning Operations.
We are keen to offer our employees a career path with Alpha CPS and to help them reach their potential through additional training and coaching. The focus of this is on technical industry training e.g. Certificate III & IV in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations), Environmental Awareness, Incident Investigation, Risk Management, and Safety Thinking.

- Our staff are fully supported by supervisors to achieve desired outcomes.
- Staff have a distinctive uniform, photo ID, and our custom AOS mobile app to enable communication and protect the safety of staff working alone.
- All staff hold a current Working with Children Check, Police check and are fully double vaccinated.
